Giant, 115K-SF Lease Brings WeWork to International Tower

The biggest new lease for office space in the Plaza District in Midtown Manhattan will bring WeWork to fill 115,000-square-feet (and seven full floors) at 750 Lexington Ave., also known as International Tower.

Architect Helmut Jahn designed the 31-story skyscraper, where the asking rent was $80 per square foot, according to Real Estate Weekly.

Marc Horowitz, national director of office leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., represented the landlord. No outside brokers were involved. According to Horowitz, the building is now over 95% leased, with only a spattering of units ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet still available.
