GHX Becomes Lockwood Anchor Tenant

GHX Industrial LLC signed a 143,500-square-foot lease for space at Lockwood Business Park, the first for-lease industrial project at Generation Park in Northeast Houston. Generation Park developer McCord Development Inc. launched construction on the GHX site in May 2017, and the tenant anticipates occupying the new facility by the end of 2017.

Lockwood Business Park, at 13300 Lockwood Rd., is part of the 4,000-acre Generation Park. The GHX facility will span 10 acres, including 121,000 square feet of warehouse and shop space, and 22,500 square feet of office space. GHX, which is a value-added distributor and fabricator of industrial gaskets and hoses, will consolidate four Houston-area facilities and its headquarters to the new industrial park.

Ryan Fuselier and David Buescher with JLL represented GHX. Method Architecture is the architect, and Burton Construction is the contractor. Financing was provided by Woodforest National Bank.
