GFP Secures Two New Leases and an Expansion at 594 Broadway

GFP Real Estate, LLC has secured two new leases and an expansion at 594 Broadway in SoHo totaling 6,300 square feet. Executive search firm Chaloner Associates signed a lease for 2,934 square feet and artists management agency Levine Leavitt leased 1,670 square feet, while Tribeca Printworks expanded by 1,606 square feet for a total of 4,757 square feet. 

Scott Gutnick and Joshua Berg of Newmark represented Chaloner Associates, while Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate represented ownership. Vogel represented ownership and dealt directly with Tribeca Printworks, and also represented ownership in the Levine Leavitt lease. Rob Kluge of Current Real Estate Advisors represented Levine Leavitt.
