GFP Real Estate has signed three tenants to office and retail space at 594 Broadway in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood

GFP Secures Trio of Leases at 594 Broadway

GFP Real Estate, LLC secured three new lease transactions totaling 8,434 square feet at 594 Broadway in SoHo. Senior managing director Donna Vogel represented GFP Real Estate in the following transactions:   

  • Thrive Integrated Physical Therapy signed a 10-year lease for 3,037 square feet on the seventh floor, represented by Peter Newman of Newman Real Estate Services. 
  • Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York renewed with a relocation and expansion in a 10-year deal for 4,322 square feet.  Savills’ Jeffrey Peck represented the tenant. 
  • Joy Kim New York, doing business as Noon Haus signed a seven-year lease for a 1,075-square-foot eyelash extension studio, represented by Sam Reifel of Atlantic Real Estate Group. 

“594 Broadway is home to a mix of fashion-related brands, creative and tech firms and professional services companies who prefer the buzz of prime SoHo,” said Vogel.  “The building has seen tremendous activity over the past year.”
