GFP Real Estate's 200 Varick St. is an office and retail property in Manhattan's Hudson Square

GFP Secures New Leases at 200 Varick St.

GFP Real Estate, LLC has secured new lease transactions totaling 4,837 square feet at 200 Varick St. in Hudson Square. They include the following: 

  • Ricciardi Group, a business-to-business, female-founded marketing agency, signed a three-year lease extension and expansion for 3,216 square feet on the 9th floor. Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate represented ownership. 
  • H&H Woodworking, a custom woodworking, glass and metal manufacturer, signed a five-year lease for 2,149 square feet. Gural and Singer represented ownership and the tenant. 
  • Gregory’s Coffee, a specialty coffee shop, signed a 15-year lease for 737 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Benjamin Birnbaum and Andrew Taub of Newmark Retail LLC represented the tenant.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
