GFP Refis Spingler Building for $24M 

GFP Real Estate has successfully closed a $24 million loan for the refinancing of 5-9 Union Square West, an eight-story, 120,000-square-foot office building in Union Square.  

Located at 5-9 Union Square West, the fixed-rate permanent loan was secured from Amalgamated Bank. The building, completed in 1897 and formerly known as the Spingler Building, offers loft-like office spaces with wood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and park views.  

The deal was arranged by Paul Talbot of Newmark.
