GFP Real Estate has finalized four lease agreements totaling 5,066 square feet at 209 West 38th St. in the Garment District. The 12-story, 160,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1910 and houses various fashion tenants in the Garment District.

Zateks Textile Inc., known for EZTextiles.com, extended its lease for 1,679 square feet on the 11th floor. Duo Showroom, a brand agency, extended its 967-square-foot space on the third floor. Additionally, Ness Legwear LLC, a fashion accessories company, inked a new two-year lease for 820 square feet on the third floor.

“Fashion tenants continue to seek out quality, well-located loft space in the Garment District,” said Mathew Mandell of GFP Real Estate. “It’s exciting to see startups and established brands alike extending their leases as they continue to grow.”
