GFP Real Estate has secured two leases at 100 Crosby St. that bring the historic SoHo property to 100% leased

GFP Brings Historic SoHo Offices to 100% Occupancy 

GFP Real Estate, LLC has secured two new leases totaling 8,021 square feet at 100 Crosby St. Located in SoHo, the historic building is now 100% leased. 

Runway Growth Capital signed a seven-year lease for 6,072 square feet on the sixth floor, represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Troy Elias and Nick Masi. The company will use the space for general and executive offices. 

ES Windows NY LLC signed a three-year lease for 1,949 square feet that will serve as its New York showroom. Arie Abadi of AA Management NYC represented the tenant. 

Donna Vogel, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate, represented ownership. 

“100 Crosby St. is known as one of the best office buildings in SoHo and has continued to see strong demand for its prime location just off Prince Street and gracious lobby entrance on cobblestone-clad Crosby Street,” said Vogel.
