GFP Arranges 8K-SF Midtown Leases  

GFP Real Estate has finalized lease agreements totaling 8,679 square feet at 505 Eighth Ave. in Midtown. 

JLM Decorating NS has inked a new six-year lease for 3,050 square feet on the 4th floor. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate facilitated the transaction. Astron Resource Consulting Solutions extended its office lease by five years for 2,129 square feet on the 22nd floor, with Gurevich representing both landlord and tenant. 

CRC Associates Inc., a construction management services provider, secured a four-year lease for 3,500 square feet on the 11th floor. Allen Gurevich represented GFP Real Estate, while Eli Someck of Redwood Property Group represented CRC Associates Inc.
