DXL Big + Tall Relocates to Chelsea with 10K-SF Lease

GFP Real Estate, LLC has secured a new eight-year lease for DXL Big + Tall, a retailer of men’s Big + Tall apparel, at 675 Ave. of the Americas in Chelsea. The brand signed a 10,500-square-foot ground-floor corner retail lease. 

Jeffrey Gural of GFP Real Estate, along with Benjamin Birnbaum and Andrew Taub of Newmark, represented the landlord, while Joanne Podell and Michael Shalom of Cushman & Wakefield represented DXL Big + Tall. 

“DXL Big + Tall wanted a prime corner location convenient to its existing store, which the landlord needed to take back for renovations being made to the building,” said Gural. “Fortunately, its new location at 675 Ave. of the Americas will provide enhanced visibility and convenience for DXL Big + Tall’s clientele.”
