GFP Adds Three Leases at 171 Madison Ave 

GFP Real Estate has signed three leases at 171 Madison Ave in Midtown South totaling 4,188 square feet. PBA USA, an Italy-based bathware and hardware accessories firm, inked a 6.5-year lease for 1,688 square feet on the 10th floor.  

Personal injury law firm Gropper & Nejat renewed its 1,400 square feet lease for seven years on the 10th floor, where it has been since 2012. American Home Fashion, a home textile products provider, signed a five-year lease for 1,100 square feet on the 14th floor. The building, with asking rents in the $50s per square foot range, features a new lobby, entrance, and elevators. 

Rick Ryan and Diego Rodino di Miglione of Cushman & Wakefield represented PBA USA in the transaction. Allen J. Gurevich represented GFP Real Estate in-house in all three deals. Gurevich also represented Gropper & Nejat and American Home Fashion.
