GFI Markets Bed-Stuy Mixed-Use Property
GFI Realty Services has been named the exclusive sales agent for 199 Malcolm X Blvd., a three-story, mixed-use property in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. Associate director Ohad Babo and associate Zachary Fuchs will oversee marketing of the property, with pricing targeted at $3.350 million.
Constructed in 1910, the property is comprised of five three-bedroom apartments –as well as two ground-floor retail spaces. The asset was recently gut renovated.
“The main attraction with this property is its central location, in proximity to countless eateries and shops, both local and national, as well as its newly renovated units,” said Fuchs. “The property is also conveniently located and is easily accessible to Manhattan.”
Babo added, “Despite the economic uncertainty resulting from the pandemic, there is still demand for inventory of this type in the outer boroughs, particularly in Brooklyn.”
