GFI Lists Five-Story Walk-Up in Bronx’s Fordham Section

GFI Realty Services was named exclusive sales agent for 144 Field Pl., a five-story walk-up multifamily building in the Bronx’s Fordham section. The firm’s Zachary Fuchs will oversee marketing of the 27-unit property, with pricing targeted at $4.5-million.

Constructed in 1916, this prewar building totals 22,368 square feet. The apartments are configured as three one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, four three-bedroom units and four four-bedroom units.

The property, currently fully occupied, has a $3.1-million assumable loan.  Additionally, there are approximately 15,561 square feet of air rights available.

“This asset is a great turnkey investment with easy management,” said Fuchs. “The property is situated in a strong location surrounded by major commercial corridors as well as numerous institutions and attractions.”
