GFI Arranges Sale of One Bed-Stuy Multifamily, Will Market Another
GFI Realty Services has arranged the $4.31-million sale of 662 Madison St. (pictured), a newly gut-renovated nine-unit apartment building in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. GFI Realty’s Zachary Fuchs represented both the buyer, The Oved Group, and the seller, Mendel Gold, in the transaction.
“The buyer saw the value in acquiring a newly gut-renovated building with large units and easy access to numerous neighborhood amenities,” said Fuchs. “The property is also conveniently located and is easily accessible to Manhattan. The buyer recognized the significant potential in this asset, and intends to hold onto to the property for the long term.”
Separately, GFI has been tapped to market another Bed-Stuy multifamily property, a three-story, six-unit walk-up at 884 Jefferson Ave. The firm’s Shawn Sadaghati will oversee the marketing of the property, with pricing targeted at $4.35 million.
