The 363-unit Goodwin is coming to Austin

Geyser Group to Build East Austin Multifamily Project

The Goodwin will provide housing for 326 market-rate units as well as 37 affordable housing units. In addition, the developer will include 2,400 square feet of retail space, most likely for a restaurant.

The Goodwin is across the street from Springdale General, a 165,000 square foot mixed-use complex, and Springdale Green, a soon-to-be completed 875,000 square foot office building.

Geyser promises two pools, an expansive dog park and multiple entertainment spaces. Geyser is partnering with Sabot Development and Cadence McShane Construction on the 363-unit project. The first of the Goodwin units will be delivered during the summer of 2023. Geyser’s Michael Bernstein is anxious for completion, “Combining location and community at the core of the project, The Geyser Group cannot wait for it to come to life.”
