Getty Images Moving Downtown to 195 Broadway

Getty Images is moving farther downtown to the Financial District and 195 Broadway, where it will occupy the entire 42,000-square-foot 10th floor in a sublease from Sizmek. Oscar Health will take over the remainder of Getty’s current lease at 75 Varick St. in Hudson Square.

“We were focused on highlighting Getty’s revitalized brand and were persistent in finding a space that matched the needs of their growing aesthetic, functionality and overall business goals,” said Getty Images’ Patrick O’Shaughnessy. “195 Broadway checked all the boxes and offered them a fresh start.”

NKF’s Daniel Levine represented Getty in the 195 Broadway transaction, while Justin Royce at Cushman & Wakefield represented Sizmek. NKF also arranged for Oscar Health to take over the balance of Getty’s 75 Varick lease term, with David Falk and Jason Greenstein representing Oscar. Getty currently occupies about 78,000 square feet at 75 Varick.
