It’s time to gear up for the CoStar Power Broker Awards.

Every year, the research firm puts out an exhaustive list of the top commercial real estate brokers around the country. This is how someone can apply for the CoStar Power Broker Awards of 2015, which are being decided early next year. Submissions are due Jan. 31.

In California, there were several winners in 2014. Eastdil Secured dominated the sales-brokerage sector in Los Angeles, while DTZ was tops in industrial leasing in the Bay Area. Meanwhile, results were mixed through several firms in Orange County.
