Geronimo Properties Completes Exterior Renovation at Retail Center in Leominster

Central Massachusetts-based commercial real estate company Geronimo Properties has completed facade and exterior renovations at Twin City Shopping Center, a 370,000-square-foot retail complex in Leominster.

Located at 875 Merriam Ave., the center features a tenant roster that includes Ameriprise Financial, Comcast, Boston Market, Buffalo Wild Wings, Subway, Pasquale’s Dry Cleaners, Planet Fintess, Sherwin Williams, Rent-A-Center and Verizon Wireless. Improvements to the center included a facade renovation, landscaping improvements and the addition of outdoor seating areas as well as WiFi.

Architect Brent Heiner of BTH Associates, Designer Chris LeBlanc and Andrew Leonard at A.T. Leonard Associates developed the concept for the renovations. Green Leaf Construction served as the contractor for the project.

Interior renovations at the shopping center are still ongoing.
