Germer Law Grows Practice with Lease at Pacific Plaza

Germer Law recently inked space at 14100 San Pedro in San Antonio, in response to steadily growing client demand. Germer PLLC was established in 1994, and has expanded to a statewide reach with offices in Beaumont, Houston and Austin as well as San Antonio.

NAI Partners’ Clare Flesher and Colten Courtney represented the tenant in the transaction at Pacific Plaza.

The monthly lease rate for the largest space available at Pacific Plaza is $25 per square foot per year, according to Commercial Cafe. Pacific Plaza totals 101,559 square feet and was built in 1986.
