German American Chamber of Commerce Relocates to 120 Wall St.

Silverstein Properties has signed a relocation agreement with the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York (GACC NY) at 120 Wall St., Silverstein’s modernized Downtown office tower. GACC NY will occupy 11,465 square feet at 120 Wall in a relocation from 80 Pine St., which is expected to undergo an office-to-residential conversion.

“We are delighted to welcome the German American Chamber of Commerce to 120 Wall Street, a crown jewel within Silverstein Properties’ portfolio,” said Harlan Strader, VP of commercial leasing at Silverstein. “Our success in reaching virtually full occupancy at the building is testament to the Silverstein team’s excellent stewardship, our Inspire amenity program and our longstanding partnership with New York State to create affordable, high-quality spaces for the nonprofit community.”

Silverstein Properties was represented in-house by Strader. Vice chairman Evan Margolin and managing director Scott Ansel at JLL represented GACC NY.
