Gerber Finance Relocates to Bryant Park District

Finance firm Gerber Finance Inc. has signed a full-floor lease at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 8 W. 40th St. Specializing in finance for growing companies, Gerber will occupy 6,667 square feet at the 22-story boutique office property, relocating from 488 Madison Ave. this summer.

Resnick president Jonathan Resnick said he believes Gerber was attracted to 8 W. 40th “in part by all of the amenities available in the Bryant Park neighborhood, as well as the building’s prime location, which is steps from both Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station.”

Ownership was represented by an in-house leasing team of Brett Greenberg and Fran Delgorio. NKF’s Rob Silver represented the tenant.
