Georgia Power Pays $94.7M for Atlanta-Area Warehouse
ICM Property Group sold River Park 10, an 825,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility that it and Waterloo Partners jointly developed. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Georgia Power paid $94.75 million for the warehouse in Jackson, 45 miles south of Atlanta.
The project was completed in late 2024. River Park 10 benefits from direct access to major transportation corridors, including the Port of Savannah. The building was designed to support high-volume operations with best-in-class infrastructure and flexibility for logistics, manufacturing, and utility use.
River Park industrial park development spans over 1,100 acres and will ultimately include more than 21 million square feet across 16 industrial and commercial buildings.
ICM Property Group remains committed to investing in further industrial projects in Sunbelt growth markets, both as sponsor and a capital partner to qualified local sponsors.
