Georgetown’s Wolf Lakes Village Site for New Apartment Rentals
A Georgetown developer is moving ahead on plans for a multifamily project, thanks to a recent “aye” vote from the town’s planning commission. Novak Commercial Development is proposing to develop Novak Wolf Lake Apartments, in the Wolf Lakes Village master-planned community. The project is expected to cost $110 million.
Civil & Environmental Consultants released a site plan that showed five apartment buildings and a clubhouse. The multifamily community will consist of 291 garden style apartments, a pool with a courtyard and a dog park.
Centered at the corner of I-35 and Highway 29, Wolf Lakes Village is a 170-acre development located in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. It’s 30 minutes north of downtown Austin. Amenities planned at Wolf Lakes Village include two lakes, an outdoor amphitheater, outdoor ice rink, and hiking and bike trails.
