Georgetown’s Nolina to Include Commercial, BTR Community
Georgetown’s newest master-planned community is slated to have 1,341 single-family homes by the time the project is built out ten years from now. The master plan also calls for 195 build-to-rent (BTR) homes and roughly 30 acres of commercial retail development. The project is being run by Johnson Development.
Nolina is under construction, with a grand opening of seven model homes and the amenity center slated for April 2024.
The first phase of the community’s 7-acre amenity center, The Wildflower House—which broke ground in August—will include a resort-style pool, a splash pad, a park, a fitness studio, outdoor lounge area and fire pit. The second phase of the amenity center could include a dog park and a pickleball court.
Located 8 miles north of the Hwy. 29 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard intersection, Nolina is close to Leander, Liberty Hill and Bar W Marketplace, a retail shopping center anchored by H-E-B.
