Georgetown Multi-Phase Project Will Total More Than 3M SF of Industrial

Green Point Property Company recently announced plans for the development of GTX Logistics Park in Georgetown, TX. When complete, the multi-phase project will total more than 3 million square feet of industrial buildings.

The site comprises 231 acres and offers significant parking, trailer storage and build-to-suit options for industrial and distribution users ranging from 400,000 square feet up to 1.45 million square feet. GTX Logistics Park is Green Point Property Company’s largest development in the Austin MSA. Chase Clancy and Travis Hicks of Colliers are the exclusive brokerage partners.

GTX Logistics Park gives customers a bottom-line operational advantage, with close proximity to transportation routes and built-ready building components, allowing companies to occupy and operate immediately upon completion.

“Our goal in acquiring this significant acreage position is to develop a class-A Industrial park unique to the Austin-MSA. GTX Logistics Park will feature both ready-to-occupy space and the ability to accommodate larger users, including those with highly specialized requirements,” said Jeremy Rydberg, partner at Green Point Property Company.
