Savvy Development planning mixed-use project in Georgetown

Georgetown Mixed-Use Project Taking Shape

The nation’s fastest-growing town shows no sign of slowing down. Savvy Development is spearheading its first project on Williams Drive in Georgetown.

Community Impact reports the 24-acre site located at 4795 Williams Drive will include multifamily housing, restaurant, retail and office space. Savvy bought the parcel about a year and a half ago. During that time the company sold some of the land to an apartment builder and fast food restaurant. Novak Brothers plan to build a 216-unit apartment community on the site, with construction to begin Oct. 28. A Culver’s restaurant will break ground in December.

The group is open to selling the remaining five parcels of land that make up the site or developing them itself. If Savvy keeps the property, its plans include restaurants, retail, and office space.
