Georgetown is Top Choice for Titan’s New Industrial Park

Titan Development and Georgetown recently broke ground on Georgetown’s newest industrial park, Gateway35 Commerce Center, a class-A development in Georgetown’s master-planned industrial business parks. Titan’s Building 1 is a 294,297-square-foot speculative building expected to be completed in June 2022.

Gateway35 Commerce Center is a two-phase project on 114 acres at the intersection of I-35 and SH130 and less than 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Titan and Georgetown are also developing a new road for the park, Wittera Way, which connects to both I-35 and SH130 with ingress/egress to the major highways for Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. Gateway35 is at the northernmost point of the Austin metropolitan statistical area and close to the Georgetown Municipal Airport, Round Rock Premium Outlets, IKEA and single-family residential neighborhoods.

“We are proud of the opportunity to help Georgetown lay a strong foundation for future economic development,” said Joe Iannacone, Austin-based senior vice president at Titan Development. “Georgetown is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country and close to a potential workforce of 700,000, making it a great choice for manufacturing and logistics providers seeking to expand or relocate.”
