George Smith Partners Secures $39.7M in S.D. Condo Financing

Construction financing for a condo development, totaling $39.7 million, was recently secured by George Smith Partners.

Connect Media recently reported the building of The Park, in the Bankers Hill neighborhood of San Diego by Zephyr Partners and LLJ Ventures. The overall project totals 60 units over 13 stories, and is expected for completion in May of 2017.

George Smith Partners Principal Malcolm Davies completed the financing with his teammates Assistant Vice President Teddy Stutz and Assistant Vice President Bo Everett. Davies calls it the first project in over a decade of this kind in the San Diego market.
