George Comfort & Sons’ Kingsbrook Office Complex Secures Five Leases
George Comfort & Sons has secured five lease agreements totaling more than 83,000 square feet at Kingsbrook, the firm’s six-building, 565,000-square-foot office complex in Rye Brook, NY.
The largest deal was with Kyndryl, Inc., which signed a five-year, 26,212-square-foot lease and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick Murphy, Winston Schromm and Kevin McCarthy.
The other leases included the following:
- Regus signed a 10-year agreement to open a location at Kingsbrook across 15,800 square feet.
- Schimenti Construction Company is relocating from Ridgefield, CT to 20,829 square feet for 11 years, represented by Newmark’s Glenn Walsh.
- Peter Pauper Press, Inc. signed a 9,818-square-foot, 11-year lease, represented by Colliers’. Craig Ruoff.
- Compass Group USA is relocating within the complex after signing a new 10-year lease for 10,817 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Norris represented the long-time Kingsbrook tenant.
CEO Peter Duncan and SVP Dana Pike represented ownership in-house in all lease transactions.
