Genesis ATS Renews at Southpark Corporate Center

Genesis ATS renewed its commitment to Southpark Corporate Center in Austin, signing two leases for 12,000 square feet and 20,000 square feet at Corporate Center 3, 4209 S. Industrial Dr. Leigh Ellis and Jay Lamy of AQUILA Commercial represented the tenant, which is an equipment and service provider to Fortune 500 and major carrier customers nationwide and internationally.

Scott Studzinski of Skyles Bayne with Live Oak-Gottesman represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties. Southpark Corporate Center 3 is an 88,000-square-foot warehouse-distribution facility in Austin’s southeast submarket.
