Generational Commercial Properties Secures Austin Office Construction Loan
Generational Commercial Properties and Fairway Real Estate are joining forces to build a six-story office building at 218 South Lamar Boulevard in Austin. Newmark arranged the $124 million construction loan for the proposed 192,000 square foot office building, plus 15,000 square feet of retail space. The project, to be called Zilker Point, will be built on a 1.26 acre site which is currently occupied by a restaurant and parking lot.
The property is designed to be WELL building-certified with shared and private outdoor spaces and a tenant fitness center.
The Newmark team included Dustin Stolly, Jordan Roeschlaub, Nick Scribing, Chris Kramer, Chase Taken and Dan Morin.
