GenCap Partners Unloads 110 Tower for $113M

GenCap Partners Inc. of Dallas sold the 110 Tower, a 394,830-square-foot trophy office building in Fort Lauderdale’s CBD. Boca Raton, FL-based IP Capital Partners LLC paid $113 million – or $286 per square foot – for the 30-story office tower. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Michael Lerner, Scott O’Donnell and Dominic Montazemi represented the seller in the transaction.

110 Tower at 110 S.E. 6th St. delivered in 1988, and underwent a comprehensive $15 million renovation in 2011 that included ground-floor lobby upgrades, improvements in the upper-floor common areas, and replacement of the building’s primary mechanical systems.
