Gemini Rosemont Secures Six Office Leases in Herndon
Investment management company Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate has secured six leases at Dulles View, a two-building office complex in Herndon, VA.
The 360,045-square-foot complex is located at 2551 and 2553 Dulles View Dr. The six leases signed total 189,581 square feet. The newly-signed tenants include government contractor Akima, which signed a 70,000-square-foot lease; engineering and tech firm Jacobs, which signed a 46,000-square-foot lease; software services provider Amdocs, which signed a 23,438-square-foot lease; network security firm OPAQ, which signed a 14,356-square-foot lease; and identity theft protection company AURA, which signed a 16,806-square-foot lease.
