Geller Relocates NYC Offices to Global Holdings’ 99 Park Ave.

Financial services and strategic advisory firm Geller & Co. signed a 45,290-square-foot lease at Global Holdings’ 99 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. Geller will occupy a portion of the ninth floor and the entire 10th floor in the 26-story tower. The firm is relocating its New York headquarters from 909 Third Ave.

The lease signing follows the recent launch of Global Holdings’ $30-million capital improvements program at 99 Park. “The cache of working on Park Avenue remains as corporate businesses continue to look for dynamic and progressive workplaces in convenient locations,” said Craig Panzirer, SVP / director of leasing, Global Holdings. “Today’s lease signing and the overall momentum at the building is a testament to our investment.”

Bryan Boisi of Cushman & Wakefield and Stuart Romanoff of Romanoff Realty Services LLC represented Geller. Panzirer and Alex Radmin from Global Holdings and Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Harrison Potter from JLL represented Global Holdings.
