GEIS Companies has started construction on separate industrial, residential, and office projects in Fort Myers, FL.

GEIS Takes on Trifecta Build of Industrial, Residential, Office Project in Fort Myers

Cleveland, OH-based GEIS Companies has started construction on not just one but seven buildings in the Alico Business Corridor of Fort Myers, FL.

The New Construction Includes:

Legacy 500K:

– A 500,000-square-foot spec distribution center/warehouse. The complex will be comprised of two identical buildings of 250,000 square feet each and includes 32′ clear ESFR sprinkler protected high cube storage.

The Centro:

– A 264-unit multifamily apartment community. The property clubhouse, event center, theater, fitness center, yoga studio, community and business rooms, salon and a courtyard with outdoor kitchen and recreational

Meridian Business Park:

– A four-building, 205,000-square-foot office complex. The center sits on 5.36 acres near the Southwest Florida International Airport and consists of four separate buildings that are 21′ clear and fully sprinklered to accommodate moderate hazard storage.
