Car insurance company Geico has taken nearly 19,000 square feet at the Merchandise Mart, also known as THE MART, Vornado’s 3.7 million-square-foot office building that spans two city blocks and rises 25 stories.

The space will house more than 100 employees in corporate roles ,including communications, finance and marketing, reported the Chicago Business Journal. Geico joins other tenants such as Motorola Mobility, PayPal, Matter, Conagra Brands, Allstate, Avant, and Grainger.

Last year, medical supply company Medline Industries tripled its footprint on the 12th floor, and online food ordering company Grubhub moved its headquarters to the building. The momentum in leasing activity at THE MART follows Vornado’s renovations on the iconic property, which include revitalizations to the property’s South Lobby and River Park.
