Gehan Acquires Homesites in Northeast Fort Worth

Gehan Homes, Ltd. recently purchased 53 single-family residential homesites within the Randol Mill Valley Estates subdivision in northeast Fort Worth, from seller Randol-Mill Investment, LLC.

The community and homesites are located on the north side of Randol Mill Road, just one mile east of Loop 820 in Fort Worth ISD. Homes will range in size from one-story and 1,600 square feet to two stories and 3,050 square feet, and will be priced from the $270,000s.
Deal terms weren’t disclosed. Randol-Mill Investment was represented by Don R. Plunk with Emory Associates, LLC.

Headquartered in Addison, Gehan Homes has also developed the Watersbend and Parkwood Trails communities in Fort Worth, along with 30 others across North Texas.
