GBT Realty has signed Chotto Matte as the anchor restaurant at its Class AA office tower in downtown Nashville, ONE22ONE. The acclaimed restaurant will offer Nikkei cuisine, which is a combination of Japanese and Peruvian ingredients and techniques, in 11,000 square feet of first and second floor retail space.

Construction on ONE22ONE is underway with expected delivery of office space during the second quarter of 2022. The future headquarters of FirstBank will be located in the building.

“Chotto Matte is yet another of example of how we sought to redefine Nashville’s office market and set a new standard of what an office can be in Nashville,” said George Tomlin, president and CEO of GBT Realty.
