GBT Realty Hires Spencer as VP in Nashville
Brentwood, TN-based commercial development and investment company GBT Realty Corp. has hired Eric Spencer as Vice President of Investments and Strategic Planning. In his new position, Spencer will focus on business finances and cash management for the corporation, and act as a corporate strategy liaison between various internal departments.
Most recently, Spencer served as Vice President Asset Management — Head of Analytics for Jamestown Properties, where he oversaw an analytics team that supported a portfolio of more than 50 assets collectively valued at over $10 billion. Prior to Jamestown, he held positions at JLL, ACG Professionals, Inc. and CWCapital Asset Management.
“I am very excited to join the GBT team,” said Spencer. “With my extensive background in commercial real estate, I feel confident that I have the skills and experience to help GBT maintain and grow its position as an industry leader.”
