Brentwood, TN-based GBT Realty Corporation, a national commercial development and investment company, has completed its Parke West mixed-use development in Nashville. The 15-story property located in the city’s West End neighborhood property includes luxury apartment homes, ground-floor retail spaces and a dual-branded hotel.

The 15-story residential tower offers 210 one- and two-bedroom units atop 11,100 square feet of retail. Community amenities include an open-air dog run and dog washing station, coffee bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, club room with service kitchen and rooftop pool with sun deck.

The nine-story, dual-branded Hilton hotel features 103 Hilton Garden Inn keys and 69 Home2Suites by Hilton keys with shared lobby and amenities. Amenities include lobby bar and restaurant, roof-top pool deck and approximately 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

In addition to Parke West, GBT Realty Corporation has $3 billion of commercial development in the pipeline or under construction by its shopping center, net lease, multifamily and diversified development platforms.
