GBT Realty Begins Construction on Parke West Nashville MXU Project

National commercial development and investment company GBT Realty Corp. has started construction on Parke West, a mixed-use project near Nashville’s West End neighborhood.

Updated development plans for Parke West now include a 172-key, dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn/Home2 Suites Hotel that will be developed and managed by Chartwell Hospitality. In addition to the hotel, the development will also feature 210 residential units, as well as an open courtyard and open-air terraces. The project will also offer 11,000 square feet of retail that is expected to feature a restaurant with outdoor seating.

“Over the last 18 months, we’ve put a tremendous amount of pre-development work into Parke West to ensure it is an exceptional project that will enhance the community by increasing walkability, providing neighbor amenities and promoting connectivity and ease of access for all visitors, residents and guests,” said George Tomlin, CEO at GBT Realty.
