Joining GBT are Brian Johnson, senior property manager (pictured above); Tommy Stowell, senior construction manager; Jenny Baylor, construction team administration manager; and Adam Covington, IT manager.
GBT Realty’s Geren Moor says, “GBT is already benefitting from the proven expertise of our recent new hires. Collectively, these professionals add a level of experience that ensures GBT’s continued delivery of seamless service, for which the company is known.”
Johnson brings more than a decade of experience to a role in the capital holdings division. He joins from Regency Centers Corporation, and will oversee a $200 million retail portfolio totaling 1.4 million square feet in five states.
Stowell joins GBT with 12 years of management experience, most recently at Layton Construction. Baylor rejoins GBT in the shopping center division. Covington previously worked with Parman Energy Group for 24 years.
