Gato Montez Acquires Industrial Asset, Acting as Owner/Operator

Gato Montez recently acquired an industrial manufacturing property in Waco for an undisclosed purchase price. The local buyer intends to occupy the property and continue using it as an industrial site.

The property, located at 6401 Imperial Dr. in the Waco Industrial Park, is a one-story building measuring 138,307 square feet. The property is equipped for heavy power and cranes, with strategic positioning in Waco’s industrial park.
