Garrett Secures Land for 368-Unit Centennial Apartment Venture
The Garrett Cos. bought three parcels of property for $22.7 million in Centennial for a 368-unit apartment complex. The site at 6901 S. Havana St., in Centennial, was home to a 130,000-square-foot office building that will be demolished (shown). The proposed Garrett Centennial Apartments project includes 14 buildings situated on nearly 19 acres.
A health provider, CommonSpirit Health, was the seller.
The seller in the transaction was listed as CommonSpirit Health. The Centennial project would include a pool, spa, an amenity courtyard, a playground, dog park and multiple grilling stations. Also included is a clubhouse featuring a gym, yoga studio, private workstations, a game room, a coffee lounge, and a conference room.
