Gardner Batt Completes $291 Million SLC Industrial Sale
Gardner Batt has sold the final asset of a three building, 547,000 square foot industrial portfolio. The joint venture of Greenlaw Partners and Mirae Asset Global recently acquired all three buildings.
The most recent of the three sales was a just-built 200,000 square foot structure that traded for $103 million. The other two buildings within the portfolio sold in June for a combined $188 million.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. C&W’s Jeff Chiate says the SLC region is keeping busy, “Fully leased to a renowned high credit tenant, these state-of-the-art assets comprise a core last-mile logistics portfolio with critical locations in the Salt Lake City metro. Industrial sites remain in high demand…”
