Garden-Style Apartment Community Trades for $22M in Duluth

Berkadia has arranged the $21.8 million sale of The Villas at Duluth, a 164-unit, garden-style apartment community in Duluth.

Located at 1470 Boggs Road N.W., the community is approximately 26 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. The property consists of a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with an average size of 1,400 square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, pet park, soccer field, playground and swimming pool.

Paul Vetter, Andrew Mays, Judy MacManus and Matt White of Berkadia represented the seller, The Walden Group, in the transaction. The buyer was Benimax Investment Group. The property last traded in 2017 for $16.9 million.
