Gard North America Renews Long-Term Lease in Financial District 

Gard North America, an insurer in the maritime industry, has renewed its lease for the entire 16th floor at 40 Fulton Street in the Financial District. The 8,210-square-foot lease will keep the insurer’s footprint in downtown New York City for another 10 years.  

Aron Schreier, Max Mond, and Carlisle Wheeler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while the landlord, Fulton & Pearl Holding LLC, was represented by Bruce Surry and Sam Spillane of CBRE. 

The 29-floor office property has approximately 252,000 square feet of total space and major tenants including Fortune Media and Seaport Capital.
