Gamwell Investments has purchased a 16,0000-square-foot industrial building located at 212 Candi Lane in Columbia, SC.

Crawford Prezioso of professional services and investment management company Colliers | South Carolina represented Gamwell Investments, which will utilize the property as the home for Southern Residential Installations.

“Gamwell Investments needed an industrial space to support its growing operation,” said Prezioso. “We were able to find a property in a great location that was not readily on the market. After inquiring about the property, we were able to secure the acquisition at a favorable price.”

The building is located just off Interstate 126 and Greystone Boulevard, with access to the I-20/26/126 corridor and Downtown Columbia. Additional perks include the presences of the Saluda River located behind the property and the Riverbanks Zoo next door.
