Gallery at Miralon Debuts During Palm Springs Modernism Week

Miralon, the sustainably designed “agrihood” community in Palm Springs, CA, is opening its third neighborhood. Gallery Homes is unveiling Gallery at Miralon, a planned 50-residence neighborhood with prices starting from the $900,000’s.

The new-homes debut will occur the weekend of October 15-16 during Modernism Week, the celebration of Midcentury architecture and design in Palm Springs.

Gallery at Miralon offers four floorplans up to 3,215 square feet in size, and each home includes a private courtyard entry and private pool. The homes are situated on large lots with mountain views, and access to the Miralon Club and the community’s extensive network of walking trails, gardens and olive groves.

“Gallery at Miralon is an inspired addition to the legacy of Mid-Century Modern design that evolved in Palm Springs,” said Brad Schuckhart, California Division President of Freehold Communities, the developer that is building Miralon.
