Galium Picks Up Sunrise Office Building for $17M
Galium Capital paid $17 million for Lakeshore Plaza II, located at 1300 Concord Terrace in Sunrise, FL. The five-story, Class A office building is the newest building located in the Sawgrass International Corporate Park.
CBRE, represented by Chris Lee and Sean Kelly, alongside Blanca Commercial Real Estate, represented by Chris Gallagher, Christina Stine Jolley, and Andres Del Corral, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Barings Real Estate.
Featuring 128,550 square feet of premium office space, Galium Capital plans to implement upgrades. Blanca Commercial Real Estate will remain the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
The building features floor-to-ceiling, impact-resistant windows that provide natural light and lakeside views. Located near major highways like I-75, I-595 and the Sawgrass Expressway, Lakeshore Plaza II is near key corporate neighbors, including American Express and Ford Motor Company, as well as Sawgrass Mills Mall and numerous dining and entertainment options.
